In a prime location in the Givat Rambam neighborhood of Givatayim, just a short walk from Tel Aviv, an extraordinary complex is set to rise — its name inspired by the unique eye-shaped outline formed by the surrounding streets.

The project will feature mid-rise buildings of around 10 stories alongside striking high-rise towers soaring up to 45 stories, offering approximately 660 apartments in a distinctive architectural style. These residences will be complemented by thoughtfully designed commercial spaces and public areas. The design has been entrusted to Kika Braz Architects, in a groundbreaking collaboration with the acclaimed British firm Foster + Partners.

Replacing the old buildings between Rambam, HaNegba, and Tiber Streets, the project focuses on creating a contemporary living environment interwoven with urban greenery and advanced community development.
