The City People Group, including City People from Rothstein Group Ltd., an Israeli company (Registration No. 514625128) with an address at 46 Herbert Samuel Quay, Tel Aviv (hereinafter: the "Company" or "we" or "us"), respects your right to privacy. City People from Rothstein Group Ltd. (Registration No. 515790855) is the controller of the data collected under this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: "Privacy Policy"). Your ability to make informed decisions regarding the use of your information is important to us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain the Company’s practices regarding the personal information (as defined below) collected while using our website (including our social media accounts, collectively referred to as the "Site") and how the Company collects, uses, transfers, and secures the personal information it collects. By using the Site, including by leaving contact details for communication with the Company, you consent to and approve the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Inquiries and/or Contact. When you contact us with a request or question, such as regarding interest in an apartment, we may document our interaction with you, including any information you provide, such as your name, contact details (e.g., phone, email), and the content of your inquiry or request.
Automatically Collected Information. Certain information is automatically collected about your computer/device, browser, operating system, IP address (including general location), mobile device ID, and/or your use of the Site (including button clicks, downloads, video views, pages visited, duration of time spent on the Site, and traffic sources, e.g., from which website/search engine users arrived). We may also collect and/or infer demographic information such as age, gender, and interests.
How We Use the Information. You consent and agree that the Company may retain in its databases the information you have provided and additional personal information collected about you, and may use its databases in accordance with the law and the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy, including:
Services and Customizations. We and/or our service providers may use your personal information for the following purposes: (1) providing access to the Site; (2) providing support and assistance in resolving issues you or other users may encounter; (3) contacting you as needed (including regarding the status of a specific project); (4) addressing inquiries and providing appropriate responses; and (5) preventing fraud attempts, protecting the security of the Site, and addressing any related issues.

Currently, the following personnel have access to personal information: employees of the finance department, sales personnel, business development department, customer service department, and the legal department. It should be noted that the types of employees with access rights may change from time to time.
Sharing Your Personal Information. You agree that we may share your personal information as follows:
Affiliated Companies. We share information, including your personal information, within the group, where necessary to provide you with the Site and/or manage our company. The group includes City People from Rothstein Group Ltd., City People Ltd., City People Projects Ltd., and companies established for specific projects.
Service Providers and Third Parties. We may share information, including personal information, with service providers and other third parties ("Third-Party Providers") who may use the information to (1) assist in operating the Site; (2) help us understand the use of the Site; and (3) provide CRM (customer relationship management) and/or marketing-related services. Ownership Transfer. Advertisers. When you click on an advertisement on our Site or another site, the advertiser will know that someone clicked on their ad on this page and may be able to identify you through certain means, such as cookies.
