Tel Aviv Inspired by The City People
Tel Aviv is one of the most fascinating cities in the world. A city which cleverly weaves together new and old, modern and classic, local and international.

We ask ourselves these questions over and over again. And at every point in time, we discover new answers. Because in today's Tel Aviv, everything is happening quickly - changing, flowing, growing and developing at record speed. Today, "yesterday" is no longer relevant - and who knows what "tomorrow" will bring. Our desire is to be a perspective, an inspiration, for current life in Tel Aviv. To deliver a new and varying interpretation to "what Tel Aviv is", where it is going, and what are the ingredients that make it so special. To be involved in more and more projects, each of which is a current reflection of the city we love so much, but with its own unique and innovative character.

And we do all this so that anyone who loves this city, can always find by us exactly what they are looking for, wrapped in inspiration about today and tomorrow.

I have been living and doing business in Tel Aviv for years. The "City People" reflects the growth of this wonderful city. A city that never stops and everything changes so quickly... Today, "yesterday" is no longer relevant. And who knows what "tomorrow" will bring.

The City People strive to introduce inspiration and a dynamic and changing perspective to "what is Tel Aviv" and who is a "Tel Avivian". We seek to be involved in more and more projects that reflect the city that I love so much - and at the same time each of them has its own unique character.

Our pop-ups have so far attracted tens of thousands of people who came and enjoyed original and cultural Tel Aviv inspiration.

One of The City People's core values is community. Therefore, we chose to inspire the Tel Aviv community through street art. We set up Pop-Up Museums in some of the buildings before demolition. For a few days they became a changing experimental space that presents a different angle on Tel Aviv urban art in each building. So far, we created 3 pop-up museums: on 18 Klay St., on 7 Katznelson St. and on 11-13 Pinkas St. In each of them, dozens of artists from a variety of disciplines gave their interpretation of different and current topics, and filled the building with young, vibrant and contemporary art. Our pop-ups have so far attracted tens of thousands of people who came and enjoyed original and cultural Tel Aviv inspiration.

A vibrant and growing city with an active urban evolution of people of all genders, colors, ages and lifestyles, who wish to live here and make it their home.

There is a lot of talk about Tel Aviv’s pace. True, the city can be on two side of the same spectrum at the same moment. Everything changes so fast. I have lived in Tel Aviv for many years and I've watched from the sidelines how it has grown, changed with me and with others. Everyone catches the wave at a different stage in life.

It’s exciting. Everything evolves so quickly, but... there is always this "something" which you can't really grasp, that will always remain the pivot of the sphere called "Tel Aviv". And what is it? It's a perspective that seeks joy, authenticity, urbanity and inspiration. Such a special mix that exists only in Tel Aviv, and nowhere else in the world. That's why I love her so much.

Life in Tel Aviv, Inspired by Erez Bachar,
Resident of 11-13 Pinkas Street

I was born in Tel Aviv 58 years ago. Tel Aviv is my life, every major thing that happened to me, happened in Tel Aviv... I actually don't know anything else. I'm connected to the "old north": the atmosphere, the cafés, the meeting with friends to discuss politics, Metzitzim Beach, the boats on the Yarkon river, Sea Scouts... a whole world in one city. Today, I can experience a fascinating and dynamic city that belongs to young people. Rhythm, color and internationality mixed with nostalgia.

Choosing The City People to renew our building was easy; we felt a different vibe in comparison to any other company which deals in this type of real estate - their people were attentive and charming and spoke to the point. The design, specifications and common areas are at a very high level. This is definitely a home, where I can see my future, in Tel Aviv.

I love the night in Tel Aviv. Nightlife in the city is rhythm, music, people, parties, installations, backdrops and style. I am a man of fantasy, I daydream, my inspiration at work comes from the endless spectrum of people and situations in Tel Aviv. I make installations, backdrops, pop-ups, parties’ design and special party lines.

The City People, in their amazing Pop Up Museum project, gave me the opportunity to bring the 80s look and feel into a space. It immediately connected to the innocence I once had, the excitement of that decade, not only the abundance, but the little things of life. I was excited like a little kid.
