The employee dormitory complexes across the city represent an architectural milestone in the evolution of residential construction typologies in Israel. They embody a pioneering collaborative concept for their time, showcasing exceptional architectural quality. This project's design aims to preserve these core values while modernizing the entire complex to meet contemporary needs and delivering advanced operational solutions.

The project garden will be designed as a shared space, honoring the historical building constructed in the International Style, which was part of the Histadrut housing initiative.
