Mahrozet 40-48

On the newly transformed Maharozet Street, which separates Bat Yam from Jaffa and offers excellent accessibility to Tel Aviv and major transportation routes (about a 5-minute walk to the “Maharozet” light rail station on the already-operational Red Line, and to the future “Wolfson” Metro station on Line M2), a planned urban renewal project is set to transform the face of the area.

The project, spanning an area of approximately 8.5 dunams near the Wolfson Interchange, will involve the demolition of nine existing buildings comprising 144 residential units, to make way for about 475 new apartments in a contemporary and meticulously designed style. Alongside the residential areas, around 8,500 square meters of commercial and office space will be developed, aiming to create a vibrant urban environment.
